Bloom Health Solutions was founded by India Richards, MPH, a public health professional with more than a decade of experience across government, nonprofit, and private sectors. With deep expertise in health behavior, health equity, survey design, and program evaluation, India has led initiatives in partnership with health departments, health plans, and community-based organizations nationwide.

Her passion for creating innovative, evidence-based solutions led her to launch Bloom Health Solutions- a space where organizations can access the strategic support, clarity, and partnership they need to bring their ideas to life and watch them flourish
